Yes, it's problematic. That particular paragraph has been used against Pia Kjærsgaard, Morten Meismrschesdt and other fine people. They even tweaked it to make it broader, for otherwise only Nazi-style blockheads could be convicted under it.I hope we can get rid of it. But our EU-poisoned government is not likely to go on the offensive about that problem.
